Werkst\u00fccks dank unserer direkt an die Spritzgusspressen angegliederten Maschinenwerkstatt. In unserer eigenen Werkstatt werden Werkzeuge aller Art, und in immer komplexerer Ausf\u00fchrung hergestellt.<\/div>\n entsprechend den Pressen in der Spritzgussabteilung spezialisiert.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 CAD\/CAM-Arbeitspl\u00e4tze mit <a href=\"https:\/\/de.worknc.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" Drahterodiermaschinen.<\/li>\n<li>1 Flachschleifmaschine.<\/li>\n<li>1 Polierstation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Methodik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nach einer Erstbesprechung des Projekts f\u00fchren wir eine Werkzugstudie basierend auf der 3D-Datei Ihres Werkst\u00fccks durch:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Berechnung der Werkzeug- und Elektrodenwege mittels CAD\/CAM-Software.<\/li>\n<li>Fr\u00e4sen der Matrizen.<\/li>\n<li>Polieren der Matrizen oder Herstellen einer speziellen Oberfl\u00e4chenstruktur.<\/li>\n<li>Anpassung und Montage der Form.<\/li>\n<li>Probedurchlauf und Feinabstimmung der
