A building covering an area of more than 4500m\u00b2 <\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
It\u2019s an ambitious project, with a building covering an area of more than 4500m2, on a site allowing us to envisage additional extensions, less than 10 minutes from Annecy.\r\n \r\n\r\n <\/div>\n

This project was conceived as a showcase for the Prodways Group<\/a>\u2019s ambition, and demonstrates a high level of commitment.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

Renovation and CSR\n <\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
We decided to opt for renovation, by taking over a former industrial site, to avoid the unnecessary artificialisation of land and to preserve the surrounding environment as far as possible.\n <\/div>\n
\n

From a CSR perspective too, to heat the workshop, we worked with the Technical Design Firm CETRALP<\/a> to design a system that recovers the heat generated by our equipment.<\/p>\n

Local design combining commitment and safety\n <\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
In the spirit that drives Initial to be a committed stakeholder in the French and local economy, the work was undertaken with Bri\u00e8re Architectes and an overwhelming majority of local companies.\n <\/div>\n
\n

Each workshop has been designed to address the operational safety challenges of the various technologies that we use: plastic powder sintering<\/a>, stereolithography<\/a>, metal sintering<\/a>, vacuum casting<\/a>, thermoplastic injection moulding,<\/a> etc.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

Comfort and modern facilities\n <\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
The comfort of employees has not been forgotten, with an air handling system that meets the latest standards in terms of air renewal and temperature control, a social space and modern means of communication.\n <\/div>\n
\n

The project was affected, to a certain extent, by the Covid-19 pandemic with the planned move being postponed by several months to the autumn of 2020<\/strong>, with an organisation that will have no impact on Initial\u2019s production capacity, thanks to the staggered transfer of equipment.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
