Our production processes for large-scale additive manufacturing apply in numerous sectors, including aviation, as well as the medical and automotive sectors. This part was produced using cutting-edge tools. It showcases our mastery of our production processes.\r\n        <\/div>\n                                                                                                                <div class=\"GutCol2-text Content\">\n                                            <p>Metal Sintering, more commonly known as <a href=\"https:\/\/initial.mentalworks.me\/en\/metal-3d-printing\/\">metal 3D printing<\/a> (ALM), allows complex one-piece parts to be produced.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DMLS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> technology is ideal for prototype or mass produced metal parts: with a weight saving and the use of high-performance materials.<\/li>\n<li>The foil support was produced by <a href=\"https:\/\/initial.mentalworks.me\/content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Initial-metal-materials-guide.pdf\">titanium<\/a> Ti64 3D printing for a maximum weight saving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n                                        <\/div>\n                                                                    <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                                                                <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"GutGallery  GutContainer\">\n\n        <div class=\"GutTitle Left\">\n                    <span class=\"GutTitle-surtitle\">The part was tested under load before being sailed in-house by the teams.        <\/span>\n                                    <span class=\"GutTitle-subtitle\">Designed to support the foil system laterally, it allows the boat to \u201cfly\u201d.
